Finally...a vegetable he'll eat.

To date, Jackson has refused every vegetable we've put in front of him. He's sat at the table long after everyone else was finished in order to try just one bite of something as awful as mashed potatoes. But, alas, tonight we had a break through--corn.Not just any corn, sweet corn on the cob. "Mom, this is tasty!"
