Georgia Aquarium

We went to Atlanta for Thanksgiving to visit Steve, Peggy and Lavonne. Our visit included a trip to the Georgia Aquarium. It's the largest aquarium in the world, boasting over eight million gallons of water.
There were fresh and salt water, warm and cold water fish and animals. The variety was amazing.
Jackson really liked how close he could get to the exhibits. He would sit and watch the fish swim by.My favorite were the Jelly fish. They just floated like clouds.Very relaxing to watch.Jackson called this a cow fish...I have no idea what it really is.Jackson really got a kick out of the aquarium that you could walk through. There were all kinds of cool sharks swimming over and around us. Here's a Hammerhead. And a Great White.Lots of teeth. And here's a Whale Shark. HUGE!You could pet the rays.Jackson wasn't too thrilled with them...too slimy. And the big finale was the Beluga Whales. So beautiful!!

I love their smiling faces. We even got to ride a seahorse. Yee Haw!!
