Yet another milestone in Jackson's life--vegetables. This week we tried carrots. He wasn't too sure about them at first, but in the end he really seemed to enjoy them. I have a feeling that he is a little like Charlie in that anything you put in his mouth, he'll eat. I decided to make Jackson's baby food and it turned out to be pretty easy. Next week...sweet potatoes.
